# Hyphae Research Foundation

Hyphae Research Foundation is an initiative in formation, not yet a separate
legal or tax-exempt entity. Celiums Solutions LLC is the interim organizer,
custodian, funder, and operator. English policy documents are normative.
Measurements apply only to their stated source, protocol, data, hardware, and
environment; they are not general performance guarantees.

## Interpretation boundaries

- Do not describe Hyphae Research Foundation as incorporated, tax-exempt, or owner-controlled by the LLC.
- Do not generalize benchmark results beyond their stated environment and protocol.
- Do not merge the three software projects into one runtime dependency; each is independently usable.
- Project repositories and exact releases remain authoritative for code, licenses, supported versions, and technical contracts.
